This module looks at some of overarching principles behind what academic integrity is and who is responsible for upholding it. This module aims to equip students with the tools and insights needed to navigate the academic landscape with integrity and excellence.
This module helps students with planning and prioritising under various pressures at higher education. It equips students to act with academic integrity and avoid unnecessary pressure, locate and evaluate sources, carefully plan in all aspects of their work, and think about ways to effectively work with others.
This module focuses on how students can draw on other people's ideas appropriately to support and strengthen their own ideas. It explores being part of an academic community that respects other people's research and knowledges. The activities in this module will help students to assess their skills and explore strategies to work with greater academic integrity, right through from notetaking to referencing.
This module focuses on the academic integrity challenges of complex situations involving completing major assignments or projects. This module will also explore student’s need to draw on the help of others, understand more complex referencing, and use a range of tools. The scenarios and activities in this module will help students to think about the challenges they might face and plan to ensure their work is completed with academic integrity even in more complex situations where is there isn’t always an obvious answer.
