This module looks at some of overarching principles behind what academic integrity is and who is responsible for upholding it. This module aims to equip staff members with the tools and insights needed to navigate the academic landscape with integrity and excellence.
This module will lead staff members through developing practical skills and strategies for resolving uncomfortable or ethically challenging situations. This module will also help staff members to develop strategies that will help them contribute towards promoting a culture of academic integrity at their institution.
This module empowers staff members to approach potential breaches of academic integrity with an emphasis on restorative practice and empathy for students. It focusses on developing their awareness and skills around identifying, classifying and responding to intentional and unintentional breaches of academic integrity which can occur with staff as well as students.
This module emphasises the importance of academic integrity in teaching, learning, and assessment. It encourages staff members to reflect on the challenges related to academic integrity when considering teaching and assessment and highlights the collective responsibility of everyone involved.
